Phos-Prep 970iz is a liquid, heavy iron/zinc phosphate process for the treatment of iron and steel.

 

Phos-Prep 970iz produces a phosphate surface with the ability to absorb large quantities of subsequently applied organic products. When sealed with oils in this way the process gives excellent corrosion protection. It is also suitable for rubber bonding.

 

The process requires direct extraction and is essentially non-hazardous in use when used as directed.
